Hi, I'm Andy - a professional dog walker based in Sutton with a life long passion for dogs.  I cover many areas offering dog walking in Sutton, Carshalton, Wallington and Cheam. 

 

Having previously worked in Primary Education, as a very successful teacher and senior leader, for nearly 20 years I decided it was time for a career change.  Inspiration struck me whilst out walking with Duncan, a Great Dane cross Rottweiler, who always took the lead in his mouth at the start of every walk.  Takethelead was born.  As a much adored family dog it was essential that his colouring was represented in the logo which I wear with pride next to my heart.

I have always had a passion for dogs, having grown up surrounded by Westies and Corgis. I have now been able to combine my love of dogs with my love for exercise and nature into my dream job.  I get great enjoyment from seeing dogs thrive and being able to share my time with them; it is always my aim to provide every dog with the very best I can offer.  .

  

I am DBS checked, have completed canine first aid training (Jan 2018) and I am fully insured by Cliverton.  Before taking on any new dog(s) I will always complete a free home visit so that I can discuss the needs with the owner and meet the dog(s).  If owners are happy to receive them I send updates, photos and videos of their dogs out having fun!   Please get in touch to arrange a free consultation.
